We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our Services, aggregate and display your financial information across accounts, facilitate the Trusted Contact Protocol and permission-based sharing, process transactions and send related information, send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages, respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests, monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities, and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your Trusted Contacts according to the permissions you set, with service providers who assist us in operating our platform (subject to confidentiality agreements), with financial institutions to aggregate your account data (using secure, encrypted connections), to comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests, to protect the rights, property, or safety of WealthSmith, our users, or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you).
